Payment schedule:
The property can be reserved for 2 weeks for 2,000 GBP or for 1 month for 5,000 GBP
Payable at the time of signing the contract: 35% (minus the deposit)
+ 1,800,- GBP lawyer's fee
+ 6 % first half of Land Registry
To be paid until the handover of the project: 65% in monthly, bimonthly or quarterly installments
+ 5% VAT, which will be distributed evenly in the installments to be paid
To be paid when the keys are handed over: 3,000,- GBP for the connection of utilities
+ 6 % second half of Land Registry (optional)
