- Payable at the time of signing the contract: 50% (minus the deposit)

+ 0.5% stamp fee
+ 1,800 GBP lawyer's fee (includes the entire administration and submission of the application for a foreign customer)
- Payable until project completion: 50% (in 18 months, interest free installments)
- Payable before handover: 5% VAT + infrastructure tax
- To be paid after handing over the keys: 6% Land registration fee (optional)
