The property is therefore held for 1 month until the contract is completed and signed.

To be paid at signing the contract: 90 % (minus the deposit).

                                                                           5 001 - 170 000 EUR              0,15 % 
                                                                           Over 170 000 EUR.                 0,2 %

+ Lawyer's fee - 1 % of the value of the property ( includes all the administrative work and the submission of the application to the foreign buyer )

- Payable on transfer of title : 10 %
+ 5 % VAT
+ 50 EUR ( registration tax )

 

  • In the case of a property under construction:

10.000,- EUR to be booked which is included in the purchase price. 
The property is therefore held for 1 month until the contract is completed and signed.
