Our story begins at the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus, where fitness influencer Eszter Tar met Özgür R. Ezel - a diplomat proudly representing her country - and introduced her to the importance of Cypriot culture and relations.

The selected property can be reserved for 2,000,- GBP which is included in the purchase price! After that, the process starts and our lawyer prepares the contract and all the necessary documents. Then the contract is signed and at the same time the initial installment must be paid upon signing the contract, depending on the completion of the project: 35 - 50 % (in this case block "A" 40 % block "B","C","D" 50%) + 0.5 % stamp fee + 1,800,- GBP lawyer's fee, which includes the entire administration and submission of the application for a foreign buyer, as well as a power of attorney and a notary public.
The remaining 60 - 50% is payable until the key is handed over, which can be paid in interest-free monthly or quarterly installments for 12 months + 5% VAT + infrastructure tax (depends on the size of the property)
When the project is completed and the keys are handed over, the utility connection fee and an additional 6%, i.e. the second half of the Land Registry registration fee, which is optional, must be paid.
